Right now, we’re looking for community-minded people who share our passion, values and dedication to join us at Northants Community Services as a Weekend Support Worker.

To provide our residents with a warm, enabling and openly supportive environment, coupled with the highest standards of professional day-to-day support that will help them enjoy more independence and a better quality of life. Role Requirements
Relevant experience is welcomed, but not essential, as you’ll be given a Person-Centred Plan that covers everything from how to physically move someone to the best ways to be ‘inclusive’ in everything you do. And, because we appreciate that each resident is unique, we’ll show you the best way to communicate with them and encourage them to voice their own choices and needs too. We’ll even pay you to train and study for a Care Certificate or complete a NVQ2 qualification, if you so choose. All we ask is that you're willing to work shifts on a rota system.
If you’re a caring individual with a responsible attitude and a real commitment to helping other people reach their full potential and develop their independence, join us as a Support Worker.
You will work a Saturday and/or Sunday working the following the shift pattern:
• 7.00 am - 2.30 pm
• 2.30 pm - 10.00 pm
Some Sleep-ins maybe available.
