But you wil recieve full training to allow you to interact in a caring and appropriate manner for yourself and the adult you will be looking after.

Relevant experience is welcomed, but not essential, as you’ll be given a Person-Centred Plan that covers everything from how to physically move someone to the best ways to be ‘inclusive’ in everything you do. And, because we appreciate that each resident is unique, we’ll show you the best way to communicate with them and encourage them to voice their own choices and needs too. We’ll even pay you to train and study for a Care Certificate or complete a NVQ2 qualification, if you so choose. All we ask is that you're willing to work shifts on a rota system.
