Weekend Care Supervisor

Weekend Care Supervisor. Petersfield 
Salary F/T £19,055 PA pro rata for a 22.5 hours a week is £11.433 PA which is an hourly rate of £ 9.77 per hour this includes on-call payment.
We are recruiting for a Care Supervisor to join their friendly team at Petersfield.  
We are looking for someone with the following skill set
•    Good IT Skills/Roster knowledge
•    Customer focused 
•    Team Player
•    Knowledge of outcome focused care plans 
•    Experience in providing care and support to elderly people
•    Confident
•    Supervisory experience 
•    Good communication skills
•    Being able to work under pressure 

Hours of work are 

•    Friday 1.00pm to 5.00pm
•    Saturday 8.30am to 5.00pm
•    Sunday 8.30 to 5.00pm
•    Monday 8.30 to 12.00pm. 
•    Plus on-call from Friday pm to Monday am.
