Ward Manager - RMN - Private Hospital

~~A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Ward Manager looking to work in the private hospital setting. Working for a very reputable care provider. This position is for a registered nurse RMN qualified.

The successful candidate will be actively registered with the NMC as a Registered Mental Nurse (RMN.) It is preferable if candidates have had previous experience within a recent nursing managerial position, but this is not essential, and candidates looking for that next step within their career will be considered.

As the Ward Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the ward, making sure that the hospitals standards are upheld and maintained.

The successful candidate will be/ have all the following:
 NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council) Registered
 Extensive clinical experience
 Strong decision making skills
 Effective organisational capability
 Excellent communication skills
 Enthusiastic and motivated
 A role model to other staff
