Medvivo Group provides a 24/7 Telecare Response Centre and mobile response service for a number of contracts across the country, including Wiltshire and Bexley Councils. Telecare Mobile Responders are required to visits clients in their homes, when required. As a result of activated Telecare equipment the responders will visit customers in their place of residence offering support as necessary to promote their wellbeing and enable them to remain at home; avoiding unnecessary hospital admission or a move to residential care.
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individual, capable of working alone and ideally with experience in providing care to join our team of Telecare Mobile Responders in Wiltshire.
You will work to a 24/7 shift pattern that will include weekends and Bank Holidays providing an urgent mobile response service for customers within this integrated social care support service.

Week 2: Mon: 15:00 – 23:00; Wed: 07:00 – 15:00; Fri: 23:00 – 07:00; Sat: 23.00 – 07:00
Week 3: Sun: 23:00 – 07:00; Wed: 15:00 – 23:00; Fri: 15:00 - 23:00
