Team Leader

From our South Bedfordshire office we support adults with a learning disability, autism and autistic spectrum conditions, mental health problems, physical disabilities and challenging behaviours to live independent lives in secure and attractive supported living schemes.

We Pay: £18,000 per annum

Full Time: 40 Hours per week

You will work with the Service Manager to oversee the supported living services in South Bedfordshire ensuring that systems and standards are maintained to a high quality. You will be covering services in our South Bedfordshire including Luton, Hitchin, Baldock, Biggleswade and other surrounding areas.

The Team Leader will be responsible for leading a designated group of Support Workers to ensure that excellent support is delivered to each service user. You will be overseeing the support of Service Users who have a learning disability, Autism, mental health problems and behaviour that may challenge.

You will need:

• Experience of working with these client groups - essential.
• NVQ Level 3 or above/equivalent in Health and Social Care or a minimum of 3 years learning disability sector experience - essential
• Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle - essential
