Support Workers

Full Time and Part Time Support Workers required to support service users to live as independently as possible in and out of their homes with all sorts of activities from cooking, cleaning and laundry to going out to a club, a party, out for dinner or just a walk round the shops it will be a very varied role which is very rewarding.

Shift times will be on a rota basis and will include a mix of late and early shifts, long days and alternate weekend working and sleep ins.

We support adults with learning disabilities, autism and autistic spectrum conditions, mental health problems, physical disabilities and challenging behaviours to live independent lives in secure and attractive supported living schemes.

• Experience is essential
• Manual Car drivers are essential
• Paid induction training
• 28 days annual leave per annum pro rata includes Bank Holidays
• Permanent and Bank Hour contracts available.
