Support Workers

We are looking for Support Workers to work in a supported living homes in and around Bedford. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months' experience of working with young adults with learning disabilities in a supported living environment. You must understand the needs and demands of working in a busy care home whilst working independently and having knowledge of relevant policies, procedures and strategies, using a dynamic approach and your own initiative.

You must be a team player with good verbal and written communication skills.

Salary: Starting from £9.00 p/h (inc. up-front holiday pay)

It is essential that you have all of your mandatory training and an up-to-date DBS. We will also need two references from previous employers before we can send you out to work. If you have epilepsy and autism training, this will be an advantage.

If you don't have an up-to-date DBS, we can get one for you once you've applied for the job and had an interview with us.
