JOB TITLE: Support Worker Team Leader / Support Workers - Shrewsbury
SALARY & BENEFITS: £12.00 - £14.50 per hour + sleep in enhancements.
THE CLIENT: We are delighted to be working on behalf of a specialist case management provider that supports clients who have suffered severe and complex injuries. In this instance we are looking for Support Workers and a capable Senior / Team Leader to support a client who is moving back to the area to be closer to his family.
The person that you will be supporting suffered a traumatic brain injury in 2013, and although physically able he requires support 24/7 to maintain his safety, promote his ongoing rehabilitation and to engage with activities both within the family home and out in the community.
THE ROLE: We are looking for individuals who can engage with those who they support, and really encourage them to do the things they love. You will help the client with every aspect of their day to day and will help him in running his home.
There will be a requirement for sleep ins, and the successful candidates will need a Full UK Driving Licence in order to take the client out so he can enjoy his hobbies and social activities.
Full training, support and supervision provided.
