The Trust is currently recruiting for a **BANK SUPPORT WORKER** to work in our Gregory Court service in Nottingham. Working within purpose built accommodation and the community; you will have the opportunity to develop service users' social and vocational needs. You'll be offered a full induction as well as training and development opportunities.
**What will I receive?**
You will receive an excellent hourly rate of £7.27, pension, group life assurance, and support with professional qualifications as well as 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays
**In this role, you will:**
*Establish and maintain professional working relationships with the service users, contributing to the creation of a homely and pleasant living environment for each service user
*During the course of your work you will at all times conduct yourself in a professional manner acting as a role model to colleagues and service users
*Facilitate the daily routines of the service users including personal care promoting a high standard of personal hygiene at all times
**What are we looking for?**
The ideal candidate will have a previous experience working in a care environment, however this is not essential. You will have a knowledge or willingness to develop a knowledge and understanding of people with disabilities. You need to have proven experience working in a team as well as basic IT and numeracy skills.
**It would be advantageous if you hold NVQ Level 2 or are working towards this, however this is not essential.**
