We are a highly respected national charity, providing modern, purpose-built accommodation and a full variety of support facilities for adults with a wide range of disabilities and special needs.
As a BANK Support Worker, you will be supporting service users with autistic spectrum conditions and learning disabilities, appropriate to their individual cultural and social needs, to ensure they lead a full and valued life. You'll be providing maximum involvement in decision making and community activities, you will enable our service users to participate in and contribute to the local community.
If you are a team player with good communication skills, flexible in your approach and are able to work under pressure, we would like to hear from you! A driving licence and previous experience of working with people who have autism/learning disabilities would be desirable. We offer full induction training.
As this is a BANK post, you must be keen to work flexible shifts, on as 'as and when' basis.
