We are currently seeking a Support Worker to work within Supported Living Young People in Ilford.  4Social Work is looking for talented and passionate Care Assistants to work with our clients in a Supported Living unit based in Ilford.  The required criteria is at 1 years experience working within the social care sector.

Job Description:

To provide a high quality of care to service users 
To provide care which focuses on the needs of the individual but also promotes independence,  choices and maximises the quality of life
Shopping on behalf of residents.
 Have clear written and verbal skills as you will be required to write case notes up.

Essential Requirements

Must have current manual handling certificate
First Aid certificate
Dementia Training
Good written and oral skills
