Our client provides support to people who have a visual impairment and a range of additional disabilities. They are currently recruiting for Support Workers to help with daily routines and promote the independence of service user's within their residential homes and within the community of North Bristol. You will be responsible for the service user's housing related support and personal care needs as identified in their care plan. To be put forward for the role you will have some experience of working with people who have a disability and ideally an NVQ2 in Health and Social Care. This is a full time position, 37.5 hours per week on a shift pattern which includes days, evenings and weekends.
