Big Bear Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Registered Nurse, RGN, RMN or RNLD required to work within a nursing home environment providing care for the elderly.
The home is registered for all care categories, and the management constantly invest in and review facilities to ensure they offer the best environment for residents and ensure staff receive training and promote the best possible care.
The successful candidate will be actively registered with the NMC as a general nurse (RGN) as a mental health nurse (RMN) or as a learning disability nurse (RNLD.) It is preferable if candidates have had previous experience caring for the elderly, but this is not essential as newly qualified candidates will also be considered for the post. The role will include, updating and evaluating care plans, administering medications, wound care and leading a team of care assistants to ensure residents receive the highest level of person centred care at all times.
