Established with Livability in 2014, Blithe House is a residential care home in Waterlooville for 4 residents.
Chartwell House is a residential care home for 3 individuals with learning disabilities based in Waterlooville, Hampshire and is close to the town centre and Southsea beach.
Whichers Gate offers a comfortable and friendly living environment it is in a quiet location with a small village a short distance away.
Your challenge? Leading a team of staff and making sure the service we provide is to the highest standard of professional support, you’ll also engender an environment that will enable each person living and working in the care home to achieve their maximum potential. Offering support with residents personal needs will be important too, as will providing stimulation and motivation through conversation and social activities. Anything it takes, in fact, to help them enjoy more independence and a better quality of life.
