I am recruiting for a Senior Staff Nurse to work for a hospital based in Salisbury. This is a unique opportunity for a RMN or RGN who want to progress within a hospital.
Duties of a Senior Staff Nurse - Night-Time Coordinator
The new Senior Staff Nurse - Night-Time Coordinator will protect and promote the health and well being of residents at the hospital, providing a high standard of practice at all times. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively as part of a multi disciplinary team.
Why take this role as a Senior Staff Nurse - Night-Time Coordinator?
This role is ideal for a RGN or RMN, who is now looking to move into a role with a challenge, and wants to gain training in a required specialisation. As a registered nurse you shall make the care of people your first concern, treating all detainees within the hospital as individuals and respecting their dignity, working with others to protect and promote the health and well being of those in your care and the wider community. This is an interesting and varied role that will provide a good development opportunity for the right candidate.
Am I the right person for this role?
The successful candidate must have past experience working as a Shift Coordinator. They will be proactive and highly organised as they will be adaptable and able to meet changing working patterns and caseload, working independently as well as within the team. The individual will be an RMN or RGN and be NMC registered.
