Better Healthcare Services has a network of regional branches and is a leading supplier to many of the country's local authorities and largest Care Groups. We are looking for a Field Care Supervisor to join our busy and growing Norwich branch to join a friendly team - you will be offered a salaried Permanent Contract.
Responsibilities
Responsible for all field based compliance covering risk assessments, care planning, spot checks, as well as developing and supporting a team of carers. The role will involve liaising with clients, family members as well as professionals from other organisations. You will be expected to cover for care calls when necessary and some weekend work may be necessary.
Skills and experience
A flexible caring person with a strong care background, ideally with supervisory experience and at least one years experience of Domiciliary Care.
Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and be a driver with your own vehicle.
Qualifications
NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care preferred.
