Senior Carer Asssistant/ Supervisor  -

We are looking to appoint Senior Caregiver/ Supervisor for our busy office.

We are an established Home Care Provider and is very proud of the High Quality of Care that we provide to private clients.

As a Senior Caregiver/ Supervisor you will be proud to represent us and be an ambassador for our excellent service we provide to our clients and you will also want to be part of an organisation that strives to be excellent in all manners of its Care delivery.

You need to be energetic, well organised and prepared to travel within the local community. You will have previous experience in providing a hands-on care in either care home or home care environment.

Your job will entail providing direct care offering companionship, home help and personal care. In addition conducting Quality Assurance, spot checks for our staff  and participating in the out of hours rota.

You will work closely with our care coordinators and the team to ensure correct client / CAREGiver matching for all our customers. You will ensure you will be able to identify the most suitable CAREGiver for our clients’ needs.

Flexible part time or full time available:

Guaranteed/Contracted 16 – 30+ hours per week

Salary : £7.50 to £8.50 per hour ( Subject to experience)
