SENIOR CARE ASSISTANT - £9.52 PER HOUR - EXMOUTH, DEVON - STARTING ASAP
White Knight Recruitment are working with a charity based in Somerset that operates residential and nursing homes for elderly clients with memory loss, old age or dementia. They have an excellent job opportunity for a Senior Care Assistant to join their medium sized residential home based in Exmouth, Devon.
As the Senior Care Assistant you will become part of the management team and will be responsible for running the floor, organising and managing a team of carers, administering medication, completing paperwork in relation to care plans and working closely with the deputy and home manager.
Senior Care Assistants are paid £9.52 per hour plus an additional £1 per hour for being on-call.
Senior Care Assistants would be required to work 33 hours per week with the option to work extra shifts.
Candidates wishing to apply for the Senior Care Assistant position, should have previous experience as a senior care assistant within a residential home and an NVQ 2 in Health - Social Care as a minimum, but ideally an NVQ Level 3.
