Senior Care Assistant

Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Senior Carer with prior experience within the Health & Social care sector.

The company currently offer companionship and person centred support to Adults and Older people within their own homes in the Ormskirk, Aughton & West Lancashire surrounding areas.

As a Senior Carer you would be expected to work across these areas, therefore being a driver is essential.

The key tasks are:

Provide care for clients as and when necessary

Conduct client/ Caregiver introductions

Conduct Client assessments and care plans

Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through Quality Assurance (QA) visits, phone calls, cards & special events.

Liaise with Care Manager – over conducting QA visits according to our frequency guidelines and reporting any issues to care manager.

Shadow and spot check Caregivers to maintain our high standard of service

Participate in the On Call Rota for Out Of Office Hours system.
