Salary up to £17, 643 per annum (DOE) + Excellent Company Benefits Scheme

To join our team we are looking for:
- Excellent customer service skills and experience of working in a care or health setting
- A passionate individual who has a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care level 2 and a willingness to work towards level 3
- A fantastic communicator who has the ability to make decisions under pressure with excellent time management skills
- Availability to work alternate weekends
- An individual who has a caring and dedicated approach to personalised care
