~~Registered Nurse - Mockley Manor

We are currently looking for a Registered to join our team at an established Care Home with Nursing - Mockley Manor, based in beautiful rural surroundings. We are a 52 bedded care home specialising in Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Palliative Care. We have also been awarded a Gold Standard Framework for End of Life Care.

Your role will entail the assessment, planning and implementation and evaluation of care of residents who reside in our care home. Administration of medication is required within guidelines as set by NMC.
Transport is essential due to our wonderful, pleasant rural location and the legal right to work in the UK will also need to be demonstrated for consideration in this role.

Knowledge of CQC essential standards are desirable but not essential as vast training and both personal and professional development opportunities are available within the organisation.
Supervision and guidance of junior members of staff will be required therefore strong leadership skills are a must. You will be required to work a flexible working rota which will include some weekend and night work.

Candidates must have a valid NMC Pin Number.  DBS disclosure is required due to working with vulnerable adults, this is payable by the candidate however it is returned once successful and satisfactory probation has been completed.
