Blanchworth Care specialise in providing community care services in 10 care homes nationwide.
All Blanchworth care centres are run by a full-time manager and they are supported by a team of fully qualified nurses, carers and ancillary staff who offer professional and sympathetic help 24 hours a day.

Dedicated and experienced staff are required to treat all of our residents with respect, complete understanding, and sensitivity to their individual needs and wishes. We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Residential Care Co-ordinator to join our team at Northleach Court, High Street, Northleach, Gloucestershire, GL54 3PQ
Full time / Permanent position – Shift work

Job Outline:
· Assist with the care of Service Users in support of and under the direction of the Manager:
· Share with other members of staff to meet the personal care of Service Users in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence.
· Helps in the care of the Service User’s physical environment and in the general day-to-day activities.
· Assists the management taking the responsibility for the management of residential clients, the organisation of the workload and supervision of junior staff
