I am looking for a competent RGN manager with a proven background overseeing the operational day to day management of clinical services for elderly adults who require both general and dementia nursing care and support.
You will have a proven background in the management of quality and compliance, ensuring all person centred care and support is delivered in line with both CQC and company policies and procedures. Within this role, you will be responsible for the provision of both personal care and supernumerary management support including staff recruitment and deployment, risk assessments, client referrals and maintaining occupancy.
If successful, you will be employed by an established private provider of nursing care and support who pride themselves on the delivery of high quality care. In addition you will deliver care in an environment which is homely, relaxed, safe and secure and is tailored to the needs of each individual in your care.
In return for your extensive practical knowledge and experience, you will benefit from a highly competitive salary and annual leave allowance, as well as continued personal and professional development.
