Woodstock Nursing Home require a Registered Nurse to join their busy nursing home in delivering quality care to 28 Residents with Nursing, Dementia and End of Life needs.
You will be responsible for leading the care team and providing a high standard of care to elderly residents to include administration of medication, providing personal care, wound management and observations.
You will be a good team player, computer literate and will be capable of compiling and updating care plans and associated records.
You must show the ability to act within a leadership role in the absence of the Home Manager.

The shift pattern will include days, nights and weekend working at a rate of £14.50 per hour.
