REGISTERED MENTAL HEALTH NURSES - REQUIRED - £22,000 - £30,000 PER ANNUM - THATCHAM, NEWBURY - EXCELLENT CAREER PROGRESSION
White Knight Recruitment are working in partnership with one of the biggest providers of mental healthcare in the UK who are looking to recruit a number of RMN’s to join their facility in Thatcham, Newbury.
You will be joining their team at the mental health hospital based in Thatcham on a permanent, full time basis. There are over 100 residents in the facility, spread across low and medium security wards and rehabilitation flats.
Our client looks after the most vulnerable members of society who require sensitive therapeutic intervention, and offer treatment for a variety of disorders such as personality disorders, mental illnesses, complex care needs, sexual offending, deliberate self harming and those detained under the Mental Health Act 1983.
Registered Mental Health Nurses play a vital leadership role on the ward - coordinating our efforts, maintaining quality standards, responding creatively to new challenges and ensuring that patients receive the best possible care at all times. That brings variety and responsibility, of course, but it also offers you tremendous scope to use your initiative and develop your skills. You will work as an integral and respected member of the wider medical care team, and your ideas and experience will help us develop best practice and enhance the quality of our patient care.
Along with plenty of peer support and an open and accessible management team, you will have access to excellent career development resources. Our specialist e-learning programme, “Foundations for Growth”, offers multiple modules that can be tailored to your particular role. There is also ample face-to-face training and, where necessary, we will invest in bespoke training to keep you at the forefront of developments in the field
In return, RMNs will be paid a very competitive salary of between £22,000 - £30,000 per annum, and have access to a range of benefits, such as 25 holidays per year and discount schemes. You will be offered some of the best training and e-learning resources in the healthcare industry.
