Our client runs a modern and well-equipped Learning Disabilities care home in North West London. We are looking for an experienced Nurse to join our client’s care home.

Under the direction of the Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of the very best in holistic nursing care to the people we support, and for directing, training and supervising a multi-disciplinary team to achieve the highest standards.

As one of the Staff Nurses, you will be expected to ensure all resident’s physical, emotional and social needs are being met. You will lead, motivate and mentor the Care Staff to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home.

The successful candidate should have a flexible attitude and wholly adopt a person centred ethos, show empathy and a desire to make a difference. You must be up to date with current practices, show leadership qualities and be willing to take ownership for the deliver of quality care.
