Regional Manager - Stoke on Trent - £40000 per annum
Our client, a quality care provider is now looking to recruit a Regional Manager for the Stoke area to manage and support Supported Living Services and Respite Services in the Stoke on Trent area. You will need to have a full clean driving licence and have a solid background within the health & social care sector at a senior level.
You will need to have already obtained a level 5 or level 4/RMA for this senior position and you will have excellent knowledge of the CQC regs and standards and be fully compliant.
Ideally you will have experience of managing a large area and be happy to travel. Our client is looking for a cheerful, very approachable, motivated manager who has strong leadership skills, is professional and confident, good recruitment experience and staff retention skills and be able to develop staff to their full potential by offering good support and recognising training needs.
Our client is a highly successful expanding care provider supporting vulnerable people with LD in their own homes within supported living complexes and you will need to have high standards of care and compassion while ensuring staff deliver a quality service at all times.
