As part of our ambitious expansion plans we are looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant to work out of our Peterborough Branch.
Your main responsibilities will include;
• Strategic business development.
• Key account management within the NHS and social care sector.
• Recruitment and retention of temporary healthcare staff.
• Quality assurance management in line with NHS and CQC regulations.
• Able to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Be an integral part of a successful team.
