Your objectives are to recruit the best caregivers in order to provide the highest quality of services to clients. In parallel to network, manage all aspects of business development in building our client base.
The Role:
Managing all aspects of recruitment
Network across the region / building relationships across the community
Interview and assess all suitable candidates
Perform relevant checks – ID, references and DBS/PVG checks
Advertising
Plan and maintain recruitment drives
Develop marketing and promotional activities
Plan and maintain networking campaigns
Nurture all Caregivers through the interview process, training and support them as they start their new role.
Personal Spec
Minimum of 5 GCSE’s A-C including Maths and English
Positive, outgoing and self-driven
Experience not essential but the right attitude is!
Drivers with own transport essential
