A private healthcare company who have clinics and surgeries based throughout the UK are currently recruiting for a Full time Practice Nurse (37.5 hours per week) to join their team based in Manchester.
You will be working within a traditional day-time surgery open Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00.
You will be working as part of a team alongside GP's,Nurses and healthcare assistants. You will need to have experience working on Emis PC's or SystemOne
Requirements:
??? Knowledge or experience of Chronic Disease Management
??? The care of patients presenting with undifferentiated health problems
??? Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
??? Cervical Cytology
??? Be fully up to date in terms of immunisations and vaccinations
??? Up to date knowledge of QOF and Enhanced Services
??? Asthma and COPD monitoring (Desirable)
??? Family planning
This position is for a Band 6 Nurse and provides NHS pension and 6 weeks annual leave.
