An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Hull area for enthusiastic, motivated friendly nurses to join an excellent practice nursing team servicing 2 practices for a multi partner site. ( Branch sites)
The positions are temporary but could lead to permanent positions if the successful nurses desire a permanent role.
The practice encourages professional and personal development and helps to achieve this with temporary and permanent staff.
As a practice nurse it would be helpful if you could provide the following, but training can be provided:-
Sexual Health
Health Promotion
Cervical Screening
Basic knowledge of diabetes
Hypertension
Angina COPD
Asthma
Chronic Disease Management
We encourage nurses that can communicate effectively with patients and recognise patients as individuals, demonstrate competency in duties specific to your work area, work within a framework that promotes increasing quality of care, who can work closely with the multi professional teams and strives to support the whole team in the provision of high quality care .
