Practice Nurses/Advanced Practice Nurses urgently required in Brighton!
Dream Medical have just been instructed to recruit for a new pilot scheme in Brighton. As a result of this pilot we need nurses of all levels from Practice Nurse-Advanced Nurse Practitioners and Nurse Managers.
We need highly skilled nurses ideally with previous experience of working within a Practice Setting. You will be experienced with Chronic Disease Management, COPD, Diabetes, Women's Health, Wound Care and Triage. A prescribing qualification is desirable but in no way essential.
There are 4 main sites trialling this scheme which will see out of hours care provided across the region to reduce hospital admissions. Some out of hours work will be required. The surgeries will be open from 8am-8pm Monday-Friday and 8am-2pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Shift work will be required but there will be a salary increase for any out of hours work carried out.
As this is a brand new scheme they are looking to attract the very best staff in East Sussex. The pay also reflects this and the money on offer here is considerably above market rate.
