My client differs from many home care service providers. They don't do the 15 or 30 minute drop-in calls. They start with a full hour call so that the carer & the client have the time to achieve something together & wherever possible we try to match the carer with the client so that strong relationships are built.

They are looking for caring people to join their growing team, working for regular clients in (St Albans) (Harpenden) (Radlett) (Wheathampstead) (London Colney) (Park Street) (Abbotts Langley) (Redbourn) and the surrounding villages, helping them to continue living happily and safely in their own homes for as long as possible. It's a home care job with a difference.

Our domiciliary care services include personal care but also focus on companionship and all types of home help. Calls are for a minimum of one hour, rates of pay are highly competitive, mileage is paid and full training is given. So, whilst past experience may be helpful, it is by no means essential. They would rather employ caring and committed people and teach them the Home Instead way!

All applicants must have their own car, valid driving licence and live within a six mile radius of St Albans, Harpenden or Radlett.

They pay £8.00 to £9.50 per hour, plus holiday pay and mileage.
