NURSING HOME SALES ADVISORS REQUIRED - £30,000 - £32,000 + COMMISSION - NETLEY AND ROMSEY, SOUTHAMPTON
White Knight Recruitment is working in partnership with a regional care provider who operates nursing homes and residential homes across the South, that caters for elderly clients with memory loss, old age and dementia. They have exciting new job opportunities for Sales Advisors to join the team at their brand new nursing homes based in Romsey and Netley, Southampton.
Due to these being brand new nursing homes, they require experienced sales professionals to be able to maximise the profitability within the home and make sure the home is run at full occupancy as soon as possible. You should possess excellent communication skills and be highly presentable due to meeting with potential clients on a daily basis. Previous sales experience is essential along with the desire to work to targets and deadlines. The ideal applicant will also come from a care background.
In return you will be rewarded with a basic salary of £30,000-£32,000 plus commission based around the homes occupancy levels.
