Nursing Home Manager - Aberdeen - Up to £40000 per annum Plus Bonus

Our client, a high quality national care provider is now looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager for their prestigious 60 bedded care home in Aberdeen.

This lovely home cares for residents with nursing and mental health needs and supports and cares for residents 24hrs.

You will need to have obtained or be willing to obtain a Leadership & Management qualification and be a Registered Nurse or Midwife to head up a dedicated and caring team of experienced staff. You will need to have strong leadership skills, business development experience and strong recruitment skills. You will also need to be very approachable, motivated and have an enthusiastic approach to your role ensuring that a high quality service is delivered to residents and that all staff are well supported and valued.

Our client is looking for a cheerful encouraging manager who can develop each member of staff further and be able to see the potential by supporting staff with regular staff supervisions, staff appraisals and further training needs. You will also need to have the experience of managing a home, working to budgets and overseeing the catering and laundry service that the home offers to its residents.

You will need excellent knowledge of the regulations and standards and endeavour to raise the high standards already being achieved in this home.
