Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervisory & support role for care staff
  • Ensuring a high level of care is offered to residents on a daily basis.
  • Maintain an awareness of all residents needs.
  • Liaising with Manager.
  • Overseeing all handover, feedback & reports.
  • Under take drug rounds.
  • Maintain social programme.
  • Monitor dietary & hydration requirements.
  • Monitor monthly weight programme.
  • Review & amend care plans & update risk assessments.
  • Review & request prescriptions.
  • Prepare MAR sheets.
