Dream Medical are currently working with a private healthcare organization and have an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to join them in their walk in center based in Berkshire. The practice in question is dedicated to the training and development of all members of staff and is known for being a high achieving training practice.
In this position you will be responsible for assessing, treating or referring patients, provide health advise on an individual basis, work within a team to ensure that delivery of service to patients is outstanding and using your educational knowledge and experience to help develop other members of the clinical team.
Requirements:
*Nurse Practitioner Qualification
*Proven training in chronic disease and women's health
*Minor injuries experience within an acute setting
*Experience working within a primary health care, A&E or acute setting
*Excellent communication and organizational skills
*First level registered nurse
*Nurse prescribing qualification an advantage
The practice is open from 8am - 8pm 365 days a year. This is operated by a shift rota covering early, late and weekend shifts. You will be working a 37.5 hour week although part time and job shares may be considered.
