HOURS: Full time, Permanent, Full-time role. shift rota, no nights- 37.5 hours over 5 days

Due to their continued global expansion they are have a requirement for Nurse Case Managers to join their Care Management Nursing team
THE ROLE: Nurse Case Manager (RGN) - Greenock or Glasgow
This is an Office, telephone based role where Nurses Case Managers (RGN) will be speaking with employees who have healthcare benefits, discussing their insurance, assessing issues employees have, evaluating plans, etc..
Responsibilities:- Nurse Case Manager (RGN) - Greenock or Glasgow
THE CANDIDATE: - Nurse Case Manager (RGN) - Greenock or Glasgow
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 6 years post registration experience, ideally who are currently working in a hospital based setting or away from same for no more than 12 months, with comprehensive knowledge and experience in more than one of the following fields of nursing:
Opthamology/Oncology/Orthopaedics/ENT/Neurology/Neurosurgery/Medical/ Surgical.

- A telephone based role using a multi-disciplinary approach to evaluating patient treatment plans, assessing, and facilitating the need for alternative services.
To work with patients/family, clients and medical professionals at all levels.
To work within NMC Guidelines, whilst adhering to Cigna protocols and processes.
Self-motivation, uses own initiative and will make decisions.
Achievement of set individual goals that contribute to the overall performance of the team.

- Excellent prioritisation and time management skills
- The ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexible approach to work
