JOB TITLE: Night Carer
SALARY & BENEFITS: From £8.90 per hour, pension + uniform provided
WORKING HOURS: 10.15pm - 8.15am on a rota basis over a 7 day period to include weekends.
Contracted hours 35 per week.
THE COMPANY: Our client is a residential care home based in Crowland.They provide support that is tailored to the individual needs for their 24 residents. They are seeking an enthusiastic, trustworthy, compassionate and motivated Night Carer to join their friendly team. In return my client offers excellent progression opportunities.
THE ROLE: For the role of the Night Carer you will deliver a high quality service of care to their residents. You will assist in the delivery of support and care for residents to enable them to live as independently as possible. This will meet the care needs of the individual and emotional support to family and friends.

- Nutritional and fluid needs of the individual
- Supporting emotional needs
- Record keeping
- Ensure the safety of the home and also regarding pressure area care of residents
THE CANDIDATE: For the role of Night Carer you will be a reliable and flexible team player. You will be friendly, kind, honest, reassuring and an effective communicator. You share the company's goal of delivering excellent care to the residents and you will need to live within a commutable distance to Crowland.
Key experience essential for the role of Night Carer :-
- Applicants must have NVQ 2 in Care or equivalent
- Worked in a residential setting for a minimum of a year.
