Working to a rotating shift pattern covering 7 days a week including alternate weekends

A flexible approach is needed to cover other shifts when needed

We are looking to recruit Night Care Assistants who can demonstrate compassion and empathy in their approach to caring for older people, either through previous roles in social care or in other roles.

The role of a Night Care Assistant involves creating an atmosphere that is warm and welcoming, ensuring that every resident enjoys life with us to the full. Promoting the physical, social, intellectual and emotional wellbeing of our residents, you will assist in the promotion of their independence. Duties will include providing assistance to residents with their personal care to include washing, dressing and assisting residents in all aspects of their daily lives as required.

Previous experience for this role is essential with evidence that you have achieved an NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care and completion of the Care Certificate. If you have the right values for our organisation, you will be supported by a programme of continuous training and development.
