Better Healthcare Services has a network of 9 branches, and we are seeking a Live-in Care Manager with proven experience in developing Continuing Healthcare, Social services and Private Live-in care for the group.
You will be expected to develop and expand our existing specialist care services as well as seeking new opportunities to increase our market share within the sector. Your proven previous experience in homecare will be invaluable in leading Company policies relating to continuing healthcare and live-in care including, recruitment, care plans - risk assessments, pricing.
You will be responsible for the safe and compliant delivery of our complex care services and will be responsible over time of building a team to ensure we grow to become a market leader. Your base will be based at our head office in London, Leadenhall Market, new Liverpool Street.

Our Company is a growing service provider within a sector undergoing huge change. We have existing contracts and relationship with over 30 local authorities and PCTs and have recently won a number of contracts to expand our services. We are an ambitious company that is focused on driving quality and efficiency within our existing services as well as developing into new areas. Our live-in service grew by 40% in the last financial year and further growth is forecasted this year.
