That’s why, since 1844, we’ve been campaigning, training and pioneering projects - services to help improve the wellbeing and social inclusion of disabled adults and children.
Right now, we're looking for Lifestyle Support Workers to join the friendly team that helps our service users live more fulfilling lives, your base will be Daventry working in and out of a client's resdience as part of the Lifestyles East Midlands.
Role Requirements
Our customers would like female support workers to enable them live independently in their own homes and out and about in the community in and around Daventry.
Formal qualifications aren’t necessary as we offer full free training and support. In addition we provide vehicle mileage (45p), life assurance, childcare vouchers, free DBS checks and a promise to increase your pay once you achieve a professional qualification.
If you can drive, have a desire to help people live their lives to the full and would like to work in a way that fits round your life then we’d love to hear from you. Currently we have hours on Saturdays, Sundays and Wednesdays.
