We are currently looking to recruit a Support Worker to support our Team Leader and Area Manager, in the day to day running of our services.
You will be required to work in conjunction with a team to ensure a high standard of support and person centered approach prevails throughout the Service. You will also deliver direct support to our Service Users.
There is an expectation that you will complete the care certificate and have some relevant experience within health and social care settings.
You should hold QCF level 2 or equivalent or have the ability to work towards this qualification.
The role of Support Worker is essential and meeting the outcomes of the people we support and to maintain positive and professional relationships with our Service Users, their families and other stakeholders.
Flexibility to work early, lates, weekends and sleep overs is essential.
This position is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Check.
We have a variety of contracts including 28, 21 and 14 hours on a rota basis.
