An opportunity has arisen for a L&D Trainer to join the Trust's Learning and Development team to assist in the creative delivery of excellent learning and development programmes, mandatory training and other people development initiatives across the organisation.
For this varied and challenging role you will have proven experience in delivering training in a facilitative style, be able to demonstrate strong coaching skills and work in partnership with managers across the Trust. You will need to be passionate and enthusiastic about learning and development, have excellent people skills and have a pro-active approach.
