HOME MANAGER - GUILDFORD, SURREY - £40,000 PER ANNUM - START ASAP
We are currently working with a national care provider who are looking for a new Home Manager for a Nursing Home based in Guildford, Surrey. This is a permanent position working full time hours where the occasional on call shifts and weekend work may be required.
This position is for a lovely 30+ bedded nursing home located in Guildford, Surrey. You will be required to ensure the day to day running of the home are of the highest standards that our client offers as well as managing the homes budgets and forecasting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to step up from Deputy Manager or someone who is looking to move across as a Home Manager to work within a very personable provider based within Surrey. To be considered for this position you do not have to be Registered Nurse but you must have extensive experience working within a Nursing Home setting working with the elderly and those with dementia.
