Home Care Assistant

We are currently recruiting full and part time Home Care Workers in Stroud, Dursley and Gloucester. Flexible working with hours available on weekends and weekdays, days and evenings. Pay rates are £7.50 per hour weekdays and £9.50 per hour at weekends, with mileage also paid. Car drivers essential.

As a Home Care Worker you will be delivering personal care and meal preparation and we will provide full, free training to ensure you are able to fulfil your role to the best of your ability.

An ideal Home Carer will hold the following skills and experiences:
o A caring and respectful nature
o A full UK Driving Licence and your own transport (mileage expenses paid).
o Previous experience within a similar role is ideal but not essential as full training will be given.
o Good written and verbal communication skills, able to express yourself clearly and understand and interpret accurately.
o Good organisation and time management skills, self-motivation and able to work on their own with occasional supervision.
o DBS cleared with an honest and trustworthy character.
