£7.50 - £8.00 per hour + mileage

We are looking for Home Care Assistants to work out in the community in the Burton-on-Trent area to cover morning, lunch, evening and weekend calls. 

Job Role
You will be supporting our elderly clients to stay in their own homes by assisting them with every-day tasks such as washing and dressing, preparing meals, shopping or getting to appointments.  We offer companionship services and home help so you’ll have a real opportunity to make a difference to somebody’s life and build a rewarding career.

What makes a great Care Assistant to Home Instead Senior Care?
We never employ a caregiver unless we would happily let them look after our own loved ones as we believe our clients deserve the best. Experience in the care industry is not necessary, as long as you have the right attitudes and personality. Our free induction training will prepare you for the role and there are plenty of on-going training opportunities to help you develop your knowledge and skills and gain qualifications in health and social care.

As you are working out in the community it would help if you have a driving licence and access to a car as you will be able to get from appointment to appointment quicker.  Successful applicants are required to provide a DBS check.
