Better Healthcare is a leading nursing and social care agency, with 9 offices throughout East Anglia, Bedfordshire, London and the South East.
As part of our ambitious expansion plans we are looking to recruit a key individual to develop our office in Brighton.
Your main responsibilities will include;
• Strategic business development.
• Key account management within the Healthcare and Social Care sector.
• Working with MSP’s and neutral vendors.
• Quality assurance management in line with NHS and CQC regulations.
• Recruitment and selection of new staff members
• Ensure training needs of all staff are met effectively
We are looking to recruit a hungry and dynamic individual that has a passion in providing outstanding business development and can develop strong relationship at all levels within our marketplace.
You will have good experience of working within the healthcare sector and a proven sales background.
