Starting Salary: £7.21

Hours: Full and Part Time Contracts Available - including days, evenings, weekends, sleep-ins and waking nights

We are currently recruiting for Health Care Assistants to join our busy
Healthcare Services.

In this role you will support Assistant Practitioners in the delivery of care and undertake a range of activities under the supervision of the Assistant Practitioner and/or the Registered Nurse.

Duties will include;

• To ensure that quality care is delivered in line with the Care and Support Plan
• To act as keyworker for certain individuals and participate in their review, assessment and person centred planning processes
• Undertake tasks including weight checks; Nutrition Records, PEG Feeding Administration

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact positively with others
• Experience of working within a team as well as working independently
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills

• Flexibility to working shift patterns
